Jeff listens and makes sure that any concerns about your car are addressed. He also does a wonderful job debriefing what the team finds and sharing the recommended next steps with grace and transparency. “I dropped my car off on a Monday night and left my keys in the lock box. David called me Tuesday with the diagnosis, and the work was completed by early afternoon on Wednesday. They charged a lot less than another company was going to charge for the same thing. They also gave me a list of other recommended repairs and told me which ones were of higher priority. They didn't pressure me to do these other repairs immediately. I will go back to EAS for future car issues.”

“Great service on a classic vehicle! I recently inherited my dad’s 1972 Ford Ranger F-100 truck. It had been sitting in a driveway for years and needed work on the fuel system to be reliable. Finding someone to do complex work on such an old truck is very difficult, but Saul’s had the expertise to diagnose and repair the fuel system, including replacing the auxiliary tank and both tanks’ fuel level sensors. They were also able to give me an estimate on some cosmetic restoration. Communication was excellent throughout—something we value. Saul’s will definitely be our new servicer for this classic truck!”

“UNBELIEVABLE! After 3 years of taking my truck to Autonation for a recurring issue with my power step, I dropped my truck off (2019 Ram 1500 Limited) after my wife suggested Elite Import, They call an uber for you, I get home, take a nap, wake up and it is fixed? Can this be true? Not only is it true and has worked from the time I picked it up without fail, but they also found the issue of why my brakes were causing a shaky stop. Repaired front brakes, oil change all in a day. Joey, Cory, and Zach are who I worked with here and they are all not only incredibly professional, but also communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I will never go back to a dealer after having such an amazing experience. I still cannot believe they fixed in an hour or so, what a large dealership could not in 5 or 6 trips over 3 years. THANK YOU ELITE IMPORT AUTO REPAIR! Family owned is the only way to go. Better service, care, quality.”
