The other shop turned me away when I arrived, so I walked into Hartman Auto hoping they could help me on such short notice, but knowing it was a huge ask. Russ and Rene were so kind and took a look at my car, confirming that my brakes weren't safe to drive with anymore. They were willing to stay late to help me, someone who had never been a customer before, to make sure my brakes were safe before my trip. “I have an old 1996 Ford Ranger that I depend on as my go to reliable transportation. I am a mechanically inclined person and historically have performed many necessary repair tasks to my vehicles. As I have gotten older and wiser, I've often come to the point in my decision making process as to whether or not it makes sense for me to tackle certain mechanical tasks alone. sometimes it just makes good sense to take my vehicle to a well established and trusted mechanic(s). Randy's Tire and Auto are those guys! Guys that'll treat you fairly, and give you an honest up front assessment of the issue(s) at hand, then complete the repairs necessary to get your ride back on the road in a timely and competent way. They'll also provide you with the old worn parts, so as to ensure you that those parts were actually replaced.
Caleb is the main guy to talk to when you arrive, but he has surrounded himself with other like minded, and very competent staff to also assist you. Rest assured, these guy's are who they claim to be. Honest, Reliable, Up-Front, Qualified and Prompt. Not to mention very competitive from a price point perspective.

“Jeff and Devin at EAS have proven to be HONEST and responsible. After a repair job on a transmission seal, my van continued to have a leak. I authorized additional work that could have cost thousands. As they again disassembled the axle seal, they determind their tech had failed to reassemble the original job correctly. They easily could have proceeded with the unnecessary repair but instead HONESTLY admitted the techs error and completed the original job correctly AND reimbursed me 100% for the original repair costs. THANK YOU JEFF AND DEVIN!”
