The branch told me to call customer service, customer service told me to call a branch.
This bank is absolute garbage. Do not set up an account with them.

I can't speak for everyone else's experience here, but I was able to go in and out within 5 minutes for a withdrawal and verifying account information.

Excellent customer service. Chris, specifically, was very very helpful and took great care to help me with getting things squared up with my accounts to help me be successful in business and finances. One of the most helpful banking experiences I've had.
