“Hats off the CarpetOne Denver. From day one, Derek was just plain awesome to deal with. He took the time to come out twice to make sure the measurements were done perfectly and that his team was prepared for the install job. That's no small feat given that we live in the foothills. After ordering carpet, he kept us abreast of delivery timeline and other details. Then, he promised to send his best install crew and I'm convinced he did exactly that. Jose and Jonathan showed up and they are a father and son team who are excellent. They worked their tails off and did an absolutely 1st class job with what was a tricky install. Can't say enough great things about these guys and how well they represent CarpetOne Denver. Anyway, if you're looking for someone to trust with your carpet replacement project ..> Derek and CarpetOne are a great choice”

“Great company and Owner... Very detailed in communication and work! We had hardwood floors installed that look beautiful well worth the price paid. Looking forward to having carpet done in the near future!”
“The store has been great to work with. They explained the different flooring options and helped us pick out samples to look at in our home, even delivered samples once. Their installer was excellent and very quick. We’ll be using them for our carpet replacement soon.”

“Josh is so knowledgeable about all that Carpet Mill has to offer. He cares and has so much attention to detail. He is the only person that I would let help me out with my flooring needs.”
“Salesperson, Meagan Durfee, was very knowledgeable. She listened to the kind of carpet we wanted and was able quickly find colors that matched reasonably well. Terry who did the measurements was very polite and answered our questions. The installers were very skilled and got the job done quickly. The new carpet in bedrooms and hallway looks great!”
“Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful with choosing the best carpet for our restoration project. His estimate was reasonable with no additional costs. The installer was punctual, polite, and careful. We are very pleased with our experience.”
“This is the second or third time that we've used Carpet Exchange and our experience each time continues to be exceptional. From Erin in sales to Andy who came in to take our measurements and to our installers who were dedicated professionals that delivered a quality installation - our experience has always been first class.”
“I highly recommend choosing this company for your flooring needs! Alex was incredibly helpful and patient as we worked through selecting the right flooring type and style. The entire team was prompt, friendly, and professional throughout every step from measurements to material delivery to installation. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and communication was excellent. I’m proud to support this family-owned business and will absolutely return for future projects!”
