“Best Batteries Plus location in Colorado, they always save my bacon when I need some unusual battery ...usually several batteries. Always worth the drive vs other locations with call-first empty inventory. Everyone who works there is super helpful, and I'll go out of my way to shop there, just to keep a good local resource around for years to come .....please do the same.”

Highly recommended to deal with Kevin at this location! You did a great job ! THANK YOU 🙏”

I hope I don't have to return any time soon, but if I need electronics repaired I would choose this location.”

“I just wanted to share a story about Matt (from the store on South Colorado) and his exceptional customer service he provided me. I went in today with a dead battery and he tested it to confirm. Rather than just sell me a new battery, he looked up where I had gotten the battery from (O'Reilly) and told me to call them to ask for a warranty, rather than just sell me on a new one. Sure enough it was under warranty and, because my car was dead, he even DROVE ME to the O'Reilly down the street then waited for me outside while I got a new one. Again driving me back to the store and then proceeded to put in the new battery (into a notoriously difficult battery spot) in my car and made sure all was good before letting me go. Batteries Plus didn't get a dime from the effort, but Matt did all this anyway. What exceptional customer service! You surely made a lifelong customer of me today for all my battery needs going forward. Thank you so much Matt!”

I’d been looking for a new vacuum for a while and Nick helped set me up with something I’ll be able to use for years, within my price range, at a fair price. They even offer repairs so I’m not going to have to run around finding parts down the road. Thanks guys!”

“I brought in my Grandma's sewing machine for a much needed servicing and Gabriela was an absolute delight to work with. She explained the pricing (and potential pricing if parts were needed) and an estimate on how long it may take. The service team were right on schedule with the time estimate and explained about needing replacement parts (which I had honestly anticipated) and the machine was actually ready ahead of schedule! Pricing was on par with other estimates I had seen for the service but the genuine care of customer I received when interacting with Gabriela made this chore into an enjoyable experience.”

“They repaired my kitchen aid mixer and my Oreck vacuum recently and did a great job. Both machines are 15+ years old and work like new now. They send you an email at each step of the process and call before you incur additional charges. The repairs were not cheap but better than having to buy new machines. They were very nice and got the repairs done as estimated and fairly quickly considering it’s the holidays. I highly recommend!”
