Price was reasonable, it came with a 30 day warranty, and the repair was complete within the provided timeframe.”

“They repaired my kitchen aid mixer and my Oreck vacuum recently and did a great job. Both machines are 15+ years old and work like new now. They send you an email at each step of the process and call before you incur additional charges. The repairs were not cheap but better than having to buy new machines. They were very nice and got the repairs done as estimated and fairly quickly considering it’s the holidays. I highly recommend!”
