“I arrived early evening and was greeted warmly. Check in was quick and easy. The desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. In the morning, the AGM was there and was chatting up all of the guests. Another very friendly person. The breakfast and social attendants kept the food hot and fresh and the libations flowing. At checkout the general manager, Jesus, helped me. He was extremely helpful and again, friendly and understanding to my situation.
Overall, an excellent experience and I would stay here again.”

“The only reason the room got 4 stars is because it was extremely cold and I couldn't find the thermostat to turn the temperature up. Overall, the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. I didn't like the fact that one of the neighbors had a dog that kept barking.”
“Lakisha is so delightful. She goes out of her way to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying their stay. The fitness area was nice and clean and fairly well kept. Our room was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be is to know which rooms have showers only, no tub. We didn't need handicap, we just needed a shower only no tub. Lakisha got it done!”
