“front desk is always so great. very friendly all the time and welcoming. Also mrs lauren was very accommodating to my family and i. our ac in the room was not working and she was very fast to call up maintenance, and even with that when they werent able to fix the issue she was understanding and accommodating that she put us in a room. she actually gave us a choice of rooms to chose from .”

“Nice showers, filling breakfast, and very friendly front desk staff. The AC worked wonderfully. Only concern was the ocassional highway noise coming from the window. Would stay here again.”
“We stayed at Boston Commons for five months. It was truly a nice experience. We had a problem with the garbage disposal. Nadine immediately notified her maintenance man who replaced it the next day. Nadine was a great host. We would not hesitate to stay there again.”

“Stayed here for a work trip. Check in was very quick and staff was very nice. The outlets in the room were in great locations, however, my mistake was assuming the outlets had USB or UCB-C. I ended up having to plug my phone into the TV and charge it while the TV was on. It was fine, but after staying at several other hotels with this feature, it what surprising this wasn't available here. Went down for Breakfast and there was no one there, the buffett was not being ran and the restaurant staff was sitting in the back in the back ading was closed. Had to ask the front desk and making it seem like it was closed. Walked up a little further and was able to be served, however, food was good. Overall it was a good stay as these instances were minor inconveniences.”

“Recently stayed here for 4 nights and the location is great, walking distance to Sprouts and several restaurants. About 40 min from the airport and close to tons of great things.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast staff was so kind. Breakfast was decent and you are well taken care of in that sense.
The hotel rooms themselves, rundown and outdated. Our rooms smelled musty and there was mold in the shower. The shower leaked onto the floor and my friends room had the shower above her leak down the wall and fill her bathroom floor with water.
If they do a reno, I would stay here again. If the rooms stay as is, I would not.
I will be back in a few months and will look at other options.”

“West have stayed at the Quebec location many times but this time has been more enjoyable and comfortable. Chad is always very polite and accommodating at the front desk as well as Melissa in management, with a pleasant greeting.Our room is always always thoroughly attended to by Libia with housekeeping and we continue to be satisfied with all the services and professional attention provided.Thanx to all of the excellent ? staff!!!

“The Harry Potter looking guy at the desk was nice but a little odd. However he did switch rooms for me with no issues because my AC was broken and my room was hot. Great customer service clean rooms nice breakfast and plenty of places in walking distance for food and necessities”

“When we accidentally made a reservation here instead of a different location we needed to be at through a 3rd party app, the General Manger Roger helped to call the third party and actually made sure they did the right thing and refund us so we could switch the location. Definitely a great person to have on the staff team! My boyfriend and I had stayed here before, and the parking lot feels safer than most of the motels around there, plus they had a very good breakfast! The rooms were pretty nice, and the view was quite beautiful!”
