I can see why some people would interpret him as a grumpy old man but if you just scratch a little the surface he is a really cool guy. He's the only one open on Saturdays so thank you very much. I was the only one there so zero wait at 10:00am. I recommend this establishment and also that you don't judge a book by its cover”

“I had a very positive experience with Jamie. I had to go here for my life insurance medical exam.I was very nervous and overwhelmed leading up to the visit. I’ve had a history of bad experiences with blood draws. She was very calm and kind. She was also very fast. She was even supportive when I felt sick to my stomach from the blood withdrawal due to anxiety I get from blood draws. She made it the least painful time I’ve ever had & I was able to bounce back faster than usual due to her insightfulness and support.I would recommend this place in person.”
