“Long story short my company needed me to take a drug test and send me an email on New Year's Eve with 72 hours to complete. Quest is not open on New Year's Eve or New Year's Day and I was in a hurry Friday January 2nd to get in and get tested. When I came into the office Julie informed me that once I got checked in I would be good to go. My appointment was for 10:20 a.m. and the e-passport for the drug screening expired at 10:17 a.m. long story short she was very professional and got me taken care of quickly. Thank you all for helping me get through this process in a professional and timely manner”

They were so kind and respectful to my son, explained everything, made him feel as comfortable as possible in a stressful situation. They could not have done a better job! Express check in was a breeze and there was no one in the waiting room. The ladies at the front desk were both very nice and the blood draw was uneventful. “I arrived a little early for my appointment and was seen within a couple of minutes. It was very refreshing to have an appointment time honored!
The office was a little difficult to find because there's a big sign above the door that says Optum, but if you look carefully, there's a paper sign taped to the window that tells you there are a couple of other businesses through the entrance, including Quest.”
