“Just went to Big Tool Box to get my wife a Stihl Weed Wacker for her birthday (don't judge me) Parking lot and store were PACKED. I almost said the heck with fighting this crowd and turned around to go get her a Wakmart Ironing Board, but I love her dearly so I put on a patient brave face and joined the masses - I went to the well marked Stihl section and picked out the one I wanted and because of how busy it was I figured I would have to wait a while. Nope - Daniel was able to help me with all the needed accessories and get me checked out and downstairs for the initial start-up. In and out in 10 minutes with amazing competent service. In the valley of the blind the man with one eye is king- Consider Big Tool Box the King”

“I wish I could give them 6 stars...and I'm a tough grader. This is the most wonderful business. The staff is incredible...they are kind caring and patient. I had a group event hosted at Tagawa and it was the easiest most fun and laid-back event I have ever done. Just incredible. My family shops here all the time and the knowledge of staff as well as the quality of the vast selection of plants makes this the perfect place to shop for anything we ever need.”

“Fantastic place to celebrate fall! Great value for your money at the cafe. Other seasonal items are a little on the steep side but the whole atmosphere is well worth it ?”

“I had a great experience with Pine Lane Nursery and I highly recommend them. Their salesman John helped me pick out a beautiful tree at a great price. Their install crew, led by Oscar, went above and beyond removing a stump left by the company that removed the old tree. They work hard and they know what they're doing. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.”

“This plant nursery and garden supply store has been a favor of mine since 1989. Back then Country Fair was on S. Colorado Blvd. and it was fun just to go & window shop. Gardening is my hobby.
I empathized when a big developer came in and bought a large chunk of land on S. Colorado Boulevard and a number of businesses were displaced. I was so glad when Country Fair found a new location further east & reopened.
Treat yourself go in & shop the annuals, the perennials, the shrubs, the flower pots, metal, glass and ceramic garden decor. Plus there are all the supplies you need to keep an organic garden.
Most of all whoever assists you, waits on you or advises you, you won’t feel ignored or stupid.
Shop locally, shop American, and be happy!
P.S. The attached video is of the 30-year-old Shrub Rose I maintain in my backyard. This year, 2024 it bloomed for one month & over 150 blossoms opened up.”

“I go there a lot for a ton of renovations in my house and various DIY.
It's a great selection at a great price for sure.
Nevertheless it's always a lottery with the staff when you have questions. Sometimes you'll get someone actually knowledgeable that will help you out greatly; other time it's people that have no clue about anything within a hardware store and so it's a pain cause you're either getting wrong advise or you have to stroll around and fine someone else...”

“If you don’t know already, there is a great team working here. Mike is a wealth of knowledge, Shaun is always happy to help, and Manny goes the extra mile to find parts when I don’t have part numbers. Jackie chips in and looks parts when all the counter guys are tied up. Thanks team Alamia, you make my job easier. You’re the best in all of Denver.”

“I was able to find a landscape plant which was out of stock in several Denver area nurseries. The folks at SiteOne in Brighton were courteous and helpful. Most importantly, they had some beautiful stock of the plants that I was seeking. Looking over their facility, it was apparent that they carry a wide variety and their plant materials were healthy and well cared for.”

“I have been a customer/fan of the Home Depot since the 1980's. I applied to work at this location and some family circumstances prevented me to work in Greenwood Village. I have to say the HR lady Jacqueline went above and beyond to help me go to another store. Rarely do I encounter this amount of help. ( especially from big companies). I did some work for Boeing ( with landing charts- no airplane assembly) and did not have that kind commitment from Boeing. I was treated well; however, the HD feels like a family. Wish I would have applied to work years ago. To the management at this location: Kudos to Jacqueline G the ASDS. I have also shopped here and the staff is helpful and respectful. Awesome customer service too.”

“Five stars for Clark at Home Depot!I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Home Depot today. I needed to buy blinds last minute, and Clark, a friendly and helpful employee, went out of his way to assist me. He helped me choose the right blinds for my needs, and even cut them to size for me. I'm so grateful for his help, and I highly recommend Home Depot to anyone looking for excellent customer service.”

“Above and beyond customer service from Dakota and Kathy. I'd received a notice that my items had been delivered. They may have been delivered elsewhere, because they weren't at my house. Dakota answered when I called Parker, CO Home Depot. She showed genuine kindness and concern, and was eager to come to a resolution. Since she couldn't identify exactly were the items had been delivered, I was told we'd receive a new delivery of the same items, and that Kathy, a sales associate would be dropping them off because it was "on the way home." Seriously impressed!”

It's evident, he has experience with lumber.

“This Home Depot has put together the power team in the nursery. I call them the main four. With them running it smoothly and the merchandisers keeping the plants nice this Home Depot has blown me away this year. Its like a real nursery and they finally got carts over there so basically the prime example for every store.”

“I am building a new toy box for my dog. My first and only stop was Home Dept. Everyone was so friendly and helpful to both my pup and I. Lincoln was kind enough to go the extra mile for me and pull down some new wood.”

“The staff at this particular store is always friendly to me and helpful. They also seem to take pride in keeping it stocked and organized which I definitely like. Tools are always expensive when they're good quality so I can fault them for that stuff.”

“I was moving and had a bunch of items to get last second. John Browning was amazing. He helped me find everything I needed and even found a driver to get a huge pallet down from the top shelf so I could get all my items! I am so so thankful to have asked him for help and wanted to say thank you for the incredible and genuine care and customer service!!!”

“Big chains frequently receive bad reviews, largely because of staffing issues and trickle-down effect (issue) related to those issues. I wanted to take a minute to give some much needed praise to the management team at the Aurora Home Depot #1501 and Sedgwick, their claims management company. Exactly one week ago I backed my big ol' pickup truck into a parking space just like I've done thousands of times before. From the view of my backup camera I could see that there was a tree just behind the curb of my spot, what I didn't see was the tree branch that protruded over and into my parking spot...then I heard the sound of glass shattering and knew that could only mean one thing. The very cool all-glass rear door of my extended-height topper must have hit something...but what? I could see the tree a safe distance from my rear bumper in my camera, I was perplexed. This is where the "picture is worth a thousand words" saying comes into play. Either Home Depot or Sedgwick could have said "you backed your truck into a tree and think it's our fault?" Rather, they both saw their liability in the incident and ponied up to pay the roughly $1K it's going to cost me to replace the rear door. Thank You!”

“Carl should literally own a Home Depot etc. Informative, kind, professional. He is the person you actually want to find, when you can’t find what you need. We all ask questions, and if you’re lucky enough to find him, you have just made a new friend, teacher, and future guest at your dinners on Friday nights. ♥️”
