“Had Action Towing help us move our car twice this week. Once from the accident back to our home, then off to the auto shop a few days later. Both occasions were great. They're professional, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Even though our car is in a rough state, they handled it with care, which we really appreciated. Hopefully we don't need a tow anytime soon, but if we do I'll be calling Action Towing again.”

Only issue was with the phone app used to verify damage to vehicle during checkout - would not allow photos to be uploaded. Staff at the location was very helpful in getting the info submitted without the app.”

The owner, Corey, has an excellent attitude and provides great customer service. While I didn’t get a chance to meet the technician, Wyatt, the work done on my car was top-notch. What impressed me the most is their transparency—they provide detailed information, including pictures of the issues they find. They also clearly explain what repairs are urgent and what can wait, which builds a lot of trust??.
On top of their excellent work, they offer a free ride while your car is being serviced, which is incredibly convenient. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been washed for me??.
