“Having an accident is a stressful situation.
When one of your kids is in an accident it's twice as bad.
This company was called out by Arapahoe County to tow my son's car yesterday evening after he was in an accident during rush hour.
I was amazed the driver beat me there, and was loading the vehicle already when I arrived.
The driver was so nice and professional, answered my questions and provided information about how I could contact the lot for recovery of personal items when they opened (this morning).
I arrived to the lot about 5 minutes after they opened and had another great interaction with the gentleman at the counter.
The car is totaled and there's nothing to be done about that, but the lot made it easy to provide them the information for them to take care of the disposal because what am I really going to do with a totaled vehicle??
Because we had liability only on the vehicle, I was expecting to be charged the tow fee, storage fee and a disposal fee. But because I was able to sign the title over these fees were ALL waived and that is not something I have experienced before.
Even with the circumstances of the reason for dealing with this company being less than ideal, I would not hesitate to contact them in the future if the need arose due to the friendly and professional services we were provided.”
