“I want to give a shout out to Tom at 1st Class Towing. Yesterday we drove down from Denver to pick up our car at Extreme Auto Repair after having some work done on it. We had communicated we’d like an after hours pickup and they told us they’d have the car ready to go with the key and paperwork inside. After arriving, we saw that not only was there no key or paperwork inside, but the car was blocked in by other vehicles on Extreme’s property. They clearly had forgotten to do any of the things they said they’d do. My wife and I were furious. After calling Extreme and not being able to get ahold of anyone we decided we’d call 1st Class Towing as a last resort. We had no expectations that they’d answer or be able to help. I was surprised when someone answered the phone at about 7:45pm. He was very kind and told us that he actually had a guy at the tow lot who might be able to help. Sure enough, shortly after that we met Tom. Long story short, Tom was able to get ahold of someone at Extreme, move the vehicles blocking our car, and help us get out of a very frustrating situation. Although he could have been annoyed that he was inconvenienced, Tom was patient, kind, and helpful while also making sure he did right by everyone involved. We are so grateful Tom was there and willing to help!”
