Reservation and return process was easy. Staff at the location was friendly and very helpful. Only issue was with the phone app used to verify damage to vehicle during checkout - would not allow photos to be uploaded. Staff at the location was very helpful in getting the info submitted without the app.

This place under new management has done a 100% turn around. It is so clean and friendly and the owner is really pretty
