“Both young ladies that helped me check in and check out were extremely helpful. The system crashed when I checked in ,but I was taken care of. My only issue is with the WiFi at the location it was impossible to connect to the app and go through the required steps. Again both ladies were awesome and everything worked out. I have used this location 5 times and will continue to in the future.”

“I had lots and lots of anxiety moving 1500 miles across the country in a U-Haul while dragging my car. Angelica answered all my questions (on several different occasions), edited my reservation (on several different occasions), and never made me feel stupid or too much. I am VERY lucky to have picked this U-Haul location. She rocks. Great, great service.”

“The place was great, fast, with good service. Max asked me how my day was going and even gave me a courtesy call to see how everything was going with my move. When I returned the truck, my wife's tire was low and the guys in the garage let me use their air hose to fill it up. Five-star service all the way!”

“Excellent experience renting a motorcycle trailer Tuesday June 2 2026. Booked in advance and they were helpful and knowledgeable hooking it up to my vehicle. Tested the operation of all the tail lights. Trailer was good quality and worked well. Satisfied customer and will use this location again.”
“Got me in right away with a derate on my PB 579. Detected the issue with a part on order from a nearby peterbilt. Rush peterbilt said it would be 2 weeks before I could even be seen for anything on my truck. As an OO that wasn’t anything I wanted to hear. New place, new location. Friendly staff. Drivers lounge to fit 5-6 drivers, WiFi , 1 shower, 1 restroom, and a set of washer/dryer. Parking area is pretty big as it’s still new, weird layout but still pretty big. Only downside is they are not 24/7 yet, said should be in the new year so either your staying in your truck if there’s access to it or getting a hotel or staying with a friend. Checked in on Wednesday morning and back on the road Friday afternoon (warranty seemed to be the slow part of the process)”

“Katie called me in the morning to say the van had not been returned by a previous customer and would I mind taking a 10 foot truck for the same price? She then made the truck pickup and return super easy and fast. The truck was actually quite an improvement as it turned out I had more to move than I had estimated. Easy friendly and fast service all around!”

“Easy to book online; very convenient to me, fast check-out. Van was in great shape and drove fine. Counter help was nice. I think the price for four hours was a little steep when all of the fees were added on, but I needed it, so went ahead with it. I chose u-haul because for the second time, I am renting uboxes to move cross-country. They were delivered yesterday morning by a woman driver(Erin) who handled everything like a boss. She said Uhaul was pro-women employees, and I like that.”

“This location has significantly improved. Attention to detail increased: vehicles are cleaned & checked before check-out, actual gas gauge consistent with what is in the system. I think the emplyees that were sleeping in vehicles on the clock are gone, other employees that were vaping during customer service are gone - The employees I encountered during this contract were outstanding. Sure still overworked - it does seem like it was a very busy weekend for them. But woman that checked me out was great, and same with the gentleman that checked me in.

“The reviews made me kind of nervous about coming to this location, but I am glad I did. I wish I had asked their names, but all of the guys were very helpful and professional. I made an appointment same day to have a brake controller installed. They were ready when I brought it in, had it done in less than an hour, and explained to me how to use it. Thank you guys!”
