UMB is friendly and personable since 1984. The branch manager and team are friendly. The Teller was quick and friendly and was in and out in less than 5 mins. This location is in the Festival Shopping Center, a plain and desolate area. Wonderful service have the best Heloc rates around. Closed quickly in under 3 weeks if you are on top of your documents. They can make magic happen FAST. Wouldn't bank anywhere else.
