“We ended up buying a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek which was not on the radar when we first went to the dealership. On day 1 we drove 3 vehicles and eliminated others based on size and colors. We met with Jon Alvarez he was very easy and pleasant to work with. His knowledge and experience helped us with the final decision. On the other hand the Arapahoe KIA decision makers were not willing to make a decent deal with us involving our trade-in so we walked away. I had other offers for the trade-in and ended up getting $2600 more from them. On day 2 we did go back to the dealership with cash in hand and ended up making a deal; mainly because we wanted that car and liked Jon. The time it took to get the deal done was WAY longer than it should have been however. We spent a lot of time waiting for E-docs to be sent and for financing to be arranged.
