Jack has always been such a help. I have had a hell of a time getting internet due to the previous person and Jack fixed it all up and made sure I got security cameras and has helped me resolve multiple issues now. I must say if you have a chance to deal with him im sure he will set you up right. Xfinity needs more Jacks!
