It's close by which is convenient. All washers & dryers are single loads, and it's right next to a liquor store, and the area is popular with homeless people. They are mostly harmless and friendly but stay vigilant!

Best value I have seen in town so far. The only downside is that there is only one size of washer, so not a good option for large items like blankets. Plenty of room for standard size loads though.

Clean maintained nicely you don't have to worry about if a machine works.
