“Great place. Machines are always working. Always very clean and well kept. AIR CONTITIONED comfortable even with all the dryers running. There is a change machine for converting bills to quarters. Plenty of space for folding clothes. Could use a few more chairs and wheeled baskets but that's not a big issue. Again, it's a great place to do laundry.”

“I’ve taken many articles of clothing for alterations and dry cleaning. They have always done an amazing job altering my clothes exactly as I asked and a beautiful job dry cleaning. They are reasonably priced and do a fast turnaround. The couple who own the shop are wonderful and there is no language barriers at all.”

“I always love coming here. I especially enjoy the arcade, more specifically the coin drop machine they used to have. Not sure of they got rid of it because people were ignoring the rules about bumping the machine ect. Still good to go to do laundry and play games, watch t.v. or even read while doing laundry. “So this was my first time going into the coin laundry. We are using it for washing all our camping bedding and dog blankets. It took us way less time to get everything done here versus us trying to run everything through our machines at home. Using their mega load washer. It was able to wash all our mink blankets from overseas that are a very heavy material within one cycle and then throw them into a dryer where it would have taken us all day at home. It is definitely worth the money to go to the laundromat and get all your personal things done and taken care of within an hour or two versus spending your whole day at home trying to wash everything. I do like that they have updated systems and updated equipment so you no longer need to go in with just coins. You can use debit or credit and they also support Apple pay, Google pay and tap and pay methods.((((Update:7/7/23 tap and pay is not working)))”

“Just dropped of my uniforms for work. I've been coming here for about a year and a half and they are ALWAYS professional and efficient. Even if it's a last minute thing I forgot about over a long weekend they will always try to accommodate. Very military friendly and located right outside the gate on B street. It is in a small strip mall so you will miss it If you're not paying attention. The prices are affordable too in competition with alterations on post but here it's a little more faster on the return.”

“They do a good job, the garments comes out clean. I send my shirts, jackets, and suits.I don't like the safety pins for tagging the shirts, sometimes the holes doesn't close. Maybe they should find a more hidden location for them. I also don't like the barcode stickers that they put on the back inside of the jackets, they are impossible to remove.However, I do appreciate that if a garment does not come 100% clean or still have a stain, they will take it back and do everything they can to get it right. Even if stains are not guaranteed. So overall good experience.”

“They have a lot of washers and dryers. All washers you can use your bank card but most of the dryers need coins. I went late at 7 pm and it was getting messy and needed to be swept. With so little on the floor they likely cleaned this morning”

“Best laundromat in town, hands down. John keeps the place in great shape the entire time I’m there doing my laundry. The machines always work and if there’s ever an issue, the business is quick to remedy it. They also do a great job of keeping people out that aren’t there doing laundry which helps as well. Tuesdays and Wednesdays each offer a different discount. Tuesday you can use the 30lb washers for $1, regular price is $3. Wednesday you can use the 60lb washers for half price, regular price is $6 for those. I do gig laundry for a living and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Laundry Lounge - N. Academy!”
