The teen boys at the front need a lesson on professionalism and work ethic. There was an older gentleman and a dark haired teen/young adult helping customers and answering the phone in the mid to back of the store but the 2-3 teen boys at the front were too busy chatting and laughing with their friends (who I don’t think bought anything) to help anyone. There was a pallet jack blocking the main isle and a rolling cart full of employee tools (pricing guns, etc) blocking another isle. Store is a mess and all anyone can hear is these teens laughing and carrying on. Gold star to the two working staff for putting up with these clowns.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
Noah definitely went the extra mile in making sure I was taken care of.
Anytime I need to stop by an Ace Hardware I’ll be coming to this location for sure!

This store seems to have gone down hill lately.. The nuts in bolts area is pretty chaotic and unorganized. Some of the hardware I need was out of stock or had different hardware in its place. I also went to get a pair of craftsman snap ring pliers warrantied here because I saw this is the only store that sells it anymore. They said they think Lowe's is the only one that warranties Craftsman now and they wouldn't replace mine. So I had to grab a few different things and noticed the older man following me around and watching me like im going to steal something... So third thing, on a different visit I picked up a can of yellow ace enamel spray paint which was terrible and practically water.. I didn't save my receipt so that was a waste. This store is my absolute last resort for anything now..

Apparently the helpful folks don't work here. There were six employees standing and sitting around the paint desk and none of them cared enough to help me. I'll drive the few extra miles and shop elsewhere.

Very helpful, made extra copies for my Honda VTX1300R motorcycle key. (Used HD-74 blank) They cut it on a machine that looks like a miniature turning lathe because the new automated machine did not recognize the short factory motorcycle key. Very friendly staff, great workers! Highly recommend this place!

ACE Hardware has the BEST hardware selection of ANY/ALL retail outlets...hands down!!! Plus, they have COMPETENT, HELPFUL STAFF!!!

UPDATE: I am updating this review based on the last several experiences. The staff are now all wearing ACE vests (e.g. no undercover employees), have all been super friendly and approachable and while the thief signs still trash up the place they at least corrected the spelling errors. Most importantly the customer service has greatly improved.
OLD: Nothing screams "trashy" more than a line of 8.5" x11" paper stock print outs of blurry unrecognizable pictures of alleged thieves from 2020 all wearing masks while simultaneously misspelling "Thief" in black sharpie.
This place was my favorite up until maybe a couple years ago when the Management changed. There were friendly staff always coming up to you asking if you needed help, that actually knew what products they had and what you might need. Many of the the staff has turned over and I have to chase someone down to ask a question. Often I don't even know who are all employees because they don't always wear their Ace Vests.
While the products remain relatively unchanged the store culture has changed for the worse.

got keys made in ~3 min from a very nice lady working here! very organized store with incredibly helpful staff. though it’s a bit of a smaller ACE, it gets the job done.bonus points for the cleanliness of the floor and everything else.

Been several occasions when they’ve carried specialty items I couldn’t find at other stores. The employees are very helpful, definitely would recommend.
