Ace Hardware Circle is a large, local hardware store with a big selection. It is clean and bright, and known for having friendly and helpful employees. The store is dedicated to providing excellent service for automotive needs, home décor, electrical, lighting, and outdoor care with its Lawn and Garden Rental. It offers a Paint Center with computerized color matching, key replacement and duplication, and rug cleaning. Many customers find the staff to be awesome, pleasant, and willing to go above and beyond, such as helping find unusual items or spending extra time on difficult tasks like copying a key. Employees are noted for being proactive in helping customers save money. However, some customers feel prices on many items can be significantly higher than other retailers. While normally a great location, on occasion a customer may find items not stocked in the expected aisle, which can lead to frustration. Overall, it is viewed as a place with helpful people and a wide variety of goods and services.
They are so helpful and genuinely friendly. Very rare to have such good customer service anymore.

Jim was able to explain a simple plumbing problem that I had that the people at Rampart plumbing was not able to help me with. Thanks again Jim hopefully you get recognized by management.

My dad was dragging me around looking for a part when a great fellow, Jim, explained to my dad that he already had the part he was looking for. He took the time to kindly and patiently explain, would visit this location again because of Jim 10/10
