“This is an amazing store. I reserved a lift. When I got there the lift was ready and upfront. Paid and was out of there. There was an issue with the lift and I called. They removed that part from another box and, again, was upfront. I grabbed it and was gone. Awesome customer service from the store and from the CS call line. Thanks again!”

“A very careful place when you arrive with your equipment you must be cautious because there are 2 businesses in the same place it seems the maneuver will be complicated but everything is solved when you enter to the back my unloading was only 30 minutes but everything can be different for others I did not sleep in the place but there is no sign prohibiting it but keep your garbage inside because there are cameras and you do not want problems for your company success when you deliver here.

I went in looking for gardening supplies, and although the store didn’t have exactly what I needed, Stephen went out of his way to walk me through alternative options and helped me find products that worked just as well.
He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire interaction. What really stood out was how positively he spoke about working at Ace—you can tell he takes pride in his job and truly cares about helping customers.

“I don't know much about cement and concrete, but after being scammed by a contractor, I was in dire need of help to try and fix the damage. I walked into Western Hardscape where Bralio went out of his way to help me out, first explaining what I needed, telling me how to do it, then rushing a color order so I wouldn't have to come back the next day. All this was for a very small order.”
