Ace Hardware Garden of the Gods is a very friendly local store and the quintessential friendly, local store. It is independently owned and operated by local entrepreneurs, part of the fabric of the community. While others have become large and impersonal, this store has remained small and very personal, like a visit to a neighbor. Customers visit for many years for odds and ends, big purchases, and advice for many different projects, from sprinklers and light fixtures to snow shovels, paints, and garden supplies. The store is organized and well supplied, often having small, inexpensive items in stock so customers can fix things themselves. Services like making keys and key fobs cost a lot less than the dealer. The staff is consistently described as helpful, great, friendly, knowledgeable, and nice. Employees provide great, friendly customer service, often walking customers right to the section they need or showing them where to find things. This results in a fantastic store that lives up to its reputation, with easy parking and efficient visits.
Channing, an employee at this location, helped me find everything I needed to fix a plumbing nightmare I was experiencing with my washing machine valves. Channing helped me with all questions I had with sharkbite fittings, and he provided me with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Ace Hardware.

Had them assemble an item I bought, and the service was quick and done right. Staff was helpful, though it took a minute to find someone free. Overall, good experience and I’d use their assembly service again.

Great local Ace. Friendly staff, quick help, and solid deals during their sales. Not the biggest selection, but super convenient and always gets the job done.
