About AeroCare
AeroCare has received mixed reviews from its customers, highlighting both exceptional service and challenges with communication. Many customers praised Larry, a staff member, for being friendly, patient, and an excellent teacher. He provided thorough explanations and set up equipment efficiently, making a positive impact on new parents and patients needing oxygen support. Customers appreciated his willingness to help, even after hours, and his attention to detail, such as returning with travel tanks. However, some reviews pointed out issues with the office staff and communication. One customer reported difficulty reaching AeroCare after being sent home from the ER, experiencing long wait times and confusing calls. Despite these administrative challenges, the hands-on service from delivery staff like Brett received high marks for professionalism and care. Additionally, customers highlighted the importance of clear directions to the AeroCare location, noting that it could be easily confused with nearby businesses. Overall, while there are areas for improvement in communication, many customers express a strong preference for AeroCare due to the quality of care provided by individuals like Larry and the prompt delivery of medical equipment.

Larry was fantastic. Super friendly, very patient and a good teacher. We had just brought our baby home from the NICU and he made sure that our at home oxygen supply was not one of the things we needed to worry about as new parents.

If you happen to use Apple or Mapquest to find Aerocare it will take you to the side of where Riley Pub is if you see Rileys Pub you are on the wrong side. Aerocare is in the corner on the opposite side of the building in the corner so if you are close to the library then you are in the right spot.

Very very poor customer service. No call back after three days. 2 stars instead of one because delivery/repair people are good--if you can get through the horrible customer service to get them. Better before they became aerocare.
