The laundromat is generally clean and located in a nice, quiet area right off the highway, surrounded by big lovely trees. It is described as a nice, warm, well lit place where customers can relax and enjoy a book. The washers are large and cleaned nicely, and the dryers are awesome, often requiring no additional money for a second cycle. However, customers should bring quarters, as the coin machine is often broken or out of change. There is a laundry soap dispenser that costs $1.25 each and only takes coins. The business offers excellent customer service, with owners attentive to refunds and mechanical repairs, even mailing refunds with an apology. On the negative side, there is no restroom, only 3 folding tables, very few chairs, and it is kinda pricey. The rolling baskets are pretty nice, and the quickness and speed of washing and drying are worth the cost.
