Absolutely horrible experience 2 days in a row.No one knows apples products in the store, staff was snotty and the 2nd day, returning the laptop because they sold me a refurbished one as new, the employee kid had long rings on his fingers, opened the laptop and his ring scratched the entire back.Terrible store. Best Buy knows apple better and kindly sold our new one.

These folks have been truly amazing to us on every visit, and most of our visits have been to have things fixed - i.e. we weren't buying anything. Don't believe the 1-star complainers. The Apple store in Briargate is top notch - friendly staff, super knowledgeable, helpful, and good at what they do. Thank you everyone at the Apple Store!!

Staff is rude. If it didn't seem like you where going to buy anything and just needed help to fix something on your phone they brushed you off and was told to move to the side. Was told even though had apple phone to go to Verizon and figure out my issue and asked is that all we can do for you. Would never go back there again only reason I have apple phone is because of my company I work for that's what they gave us but after experience today if it was my own personal phone I would find something different.

I was helped by Michael with a new iPhone. He made the entire experience seamless and was so friendly and informative the entire time if you're going to go to the promenade shop at BRIARGATE definitely see Michael. He was very helpful and when my husband goes back for his phone, we will ask for him again. Thank you so much, Michael!!

Very VERY inefficient customer service! Store reps walking back and forth to find simple answers from supposed managers back in the managers cave. put the freaking managers on the floors or train your people!!!

Bought a brand new MacBook Pro and within a week the speakers were popping and crackling. The guy at the Genius Bar told me that they were broken and need repair, but because I came in outside the 14 day exchange window I’m on my own. His “manager” just stood behind him and nodded. No help, terrible customer service and a garbage product

This review is not for this shop, but Apple itself. We had been an Apple family for a long time. My wife and I both wear Apple watches. We both have iPads. We've both always had iPhones, and today we upgraded to two iPhone 15s. About $2200 worth. We've always been willing to pay a premium price because up until today, we felt there was value for the extra money. So, imagine my surprise to find out that my $2200 purchase today did not include the charging blocks that plugs into the wall. That was $20 more for each phone. It came with a cord, just no block. So, I came home with no way to charge my phones. Phones run on batteries, cars run on gas. So, imagine buying a car, getting home, and finding out the $22,000 you spent on the car did not include the key to open the gas cap. That costs you $200 more. So, once you run out of the gas in the car, you either drop $200 for the gas cap key, or leave your car parked in the driveway. Ridiculous. A trillion dollar company wants to nickel and dime me on an $1100 (x2) phone? Good grief. What a shortsighted, idiotic policy. Apple lost me as a customer over twenty bucks. Well, I am most likely boxing both these phones back up and returning them, and if you're looking for a good buy on a couple Apple Watches, iPads, or 4K TVs, check FB Marketplace, because all my Apple stuff will be there, cheap.

I brought my daughter into this store to get her a new iPhone, All of the employees stood there staring at us with direct eye contact dirty looks, I could tell they thought we were there to steal something no one even offered to help, then one of these jerks walked right past us up to some other people that just walked in to see if they needed any help. So we drove up to Denver and got excellent customer service from their location and just to show them my support I bought my daughter a brand new macbook pro aswell.

Cody at apple was the absolute best help to me today. I purchased a phone online for pickup and accidentally set it up under wrong line. He spent an hour and a half fixing the problem while be so kind. I am eternally grateful for him!!!

This has to have been the worst customer service experience I’ve had in any Apple Store. Actually maybe the worst in any store. If there another place you can go to get service I’d do that. The manager is small, entitled and rude.

What a waste of time and lack of customer service.Came to this store to get my phone looked at and find out the phone SIM card has magically broken or stopped working. Internal failure of the phone, find out that I can get it repaired for the cost of a new phone or buy a new phone and possibly get a trade in value. What is annoying is that I am already talking to a specialist and they send me to the back of the line to get a new phone. Where is the customer service? Nope not here go back and start at the beginning to wait for another representative to be available to process the purchase part of a new phone versus having a seamless experience. Probably for the best as the “genius” was not helpful and provided very little help on the matter. Seriously thought Apple was better for customer care than this. Really bad.
