My prepaid car that I rented 3 weeks in advance was NOT ready on arrival, waiting 1.5 hrs in the airport and was LATE for a meeting, while the "manager" never even tried. AVis appears to NOT care anymore. Headed back to Hertz I guess :(

Fast service. Friendly the only thing is how far the cars are. As we are older and to walk and take suitcases with out a cart was a little gear. Bring car back was a breeze

Kudos to the attendant for waiting until 3am for our delayed flight. Vehicle wasnt gassed up, dirty and the windshield washer fluid was frozen. That happens when you put water in it.

Dissappointed with both the vehicle (weather stipping in passenger door was falling down), snow all around vehicle, had to go back inside terminal to change car as I didn't want to be charged for damage, desk worker showed no remorse or desire to make it better by offering something for loss of time and issues related to vehicle, then gave vehicel I was unhappy with and not clean. DO BETTER AVIS!!!

I wouldn't recommend Avis to a friend or colleague. The booking process was horrible as they didn't have the vehicle that I had reserved in advanced. Additionally, while I booked with Priceline they charged me $30 for insurance over three days(which I thought was good). But then I arrive at the airport and Avis charged an extra $100 on top of that, which was unexpected and unfair. It should have been communicated between those two companies that insurance coverage was paid to Priceline and was not needed. So overall I ended up paying $130 for insurance witch really sucked.

The lady in the booth outside was awesome. The people inside were not quite as friendly. The first vehicle we got was a mini van and was NOT up to standard. Windshield inside was gross. We had to stop and buy some alcohol to get the film off off of it. The windshield wipers were awful. We paid to replace the drivers side wiper so we could see. Then the last straw was there was no windshield fluid, we bought a gallon and put it in, and although the pump was running, it NEVER came out. Must have had a broken line or something, all in all, not a great experience at this location.

Vehicle was clean and nearly new.Agents at both pick up and return unable to change the credit card that the reservation was originally booked causing issues. Agent at pickup told us we could change the credit card at drop off.

The car was covered with 4-6 inches of snow with snow not falling anymore. Had to use my arms to sweep the snow off the car. On top of that the washer fluid was either empty or inoperative causing dangerous driving conditions due to the road spray.

Pre-paid rental for 5 days arrive 9:45am about 1.15 hrs hours before my reservation. Spoke a an employee gave me the run around saying no cars available and I had to wait for my reservation at 11. So I said okay but I don’t give up easy. I gave it another try 10 min later with a different employee and that one went beyond and above he gave me an upgrade. But it’s okay I guess other employee just following “ rules” I had no issues very easy to pick up car and return. I would recommend anyone renting a car to go here. Thanks again Avis.

We reserved a tesla, which wasn't available. We agreed to rent another electric car which was available. The ride was smooth and the functions were nice, but unfortunately the exterior could use a wash. The representative whom we initially spoke with at the pick up counter in Colorado Springs airport was not pleasant. We picked up the rental car at 12:22pm and returned it the next day at 12:57pm- because of this, we were charged an additional $130. I really hate to leave such a negative review. If you look in my profile, I've reviewed many places but haven't had to leave a negative review. Please be aware of the fees and car availability.
