“I called to inquire about a cellphone battery replacement. I spoke to a person (not a recording, yay!) Jason, who was friendly and knowledgeable. The price he quoted is what I paid. Bonus: He cleaned off some gunk on my screen protector at no charge. When the back of my phone case was cracked during replacement, he ordered in a new part and replaced it (also for free). That's the kind of service he wants to offer!”
