The guys were incredibly nice, they didn’t overcharge, or ask for unnecessary services and they were transparent. I work two jobs, one of them being DoorDash, so I rely heavily on my vehicle. “While traveling we had a check engine light. They plugged in their reader & printed out the results for us. They even gave us a referral (but we used Big O Tires instead due to prior maintenance). 2 ladies on staff very friendly, helpful, & we would totally recommend!”

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt like I should this time. I stopped in needing a spark plug because one of mine looked pretty rough. Violet was helping me and she told me I really ought to replace all of them instead of just the one. She explained that if one is worn out, the others probably aren’t too far behind, and it would save me trouble later. I appreciated that because she could have just sold me the one I asked for and sent me on my way.
I also have to say it was nice seeing a young lady who knows her stuff. You don’t see many women working behind the counter at auto parts stores, and she knew more than a lot of the men I’ve talked to over the years. She was patient, kind, and never talked down to me.
People are quick to complain these days, so I wanted to take a minute to say thank you. Violet made my visit easy, and I’ll be back because of the way she treated me.”
“My car had popped up a engine check light so i ran to here for the first time, i had paid 500 dollars with tax before to get a diagnostics test that gave me nothing.. Here not only was i as a girl, treated like any other customer the conversations were light funny and kind. Those two men at the counter were wonderfull the manager should both let them know how much that meant for me. Not only did they find the problem they helped me with a completely different issue NO ONE has told me before or even offered me. Please go here, best care and customer service ive had at any auto part store!”
