My first experience at PNC was awesome. The lady that helped me set up an account was very personable! I walked out of there with a smile and happy i found this bank!

I came in today to close my loan out and there was some confusion. Alexis got on the phone with the loan department and took care of everything. I will admit I was not happy when I came in, but she went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved properly. Thank you so much for handling the situation so well! Kudos!
