Will not exchange a $5 bill for 20 quarters if you don't have an account there. Asinine. Great, friendly hometown bank service. Not! Probably some national policy. Went to a local bank and they happily made the exchange. Avoid USBank at all costs!

I had a bad experience at this location the end of last week and I called to speak with the branch manager (actually spoke with Katie the branch manager at Briargate who was wonderful and said she would have Pam call me back). Absolutely slowest bank ive ever been to. This is what is was like for old people, can't do anything today, gotta go to the bank! Hahahaha what a joke of an establishment
