Boost Mobile stores offer good prices on phones, including free options with a small activation fee. The stores are few and far between, making them hard to get to. Staff are knowledgeable and provide great support for sales, payments, and technical issues. While some representatives are nice and experienced, others can be rude. For problems with actual service reception, it is best to call customer support directly, as the stores have little control over that.
Destinie was a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She had us switched over from our former carrier and set us up on the T Mobile App before we left the store. A wonderful experience.
