Very limited when it comes to knowledge about phones and plans. What’s offered online is not offered in store and the associate acted like I was a burden. Glad I dodged the bullet and went with Verizon instead! Whew!

The stores are far away and few and far between so it's hard to get to. The only thing it's good about this is they have good prices.

DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Owner and staff will do everything they can to make money off you. They rob you just so they can get sales credit. Will not give you upgrades even though you qualify for it. Try to make you pay full price so they get sale credit. The staff here will scam you and rob from you. Terrible representation of boost mobile! DO NOT SPEND HARD EARNED MONEY HERE THEY ARE VERY VERY VERY SHADY!!!!!!

The owner is a scam artist. I went in there to try to do an upgrade because boost mobile web site was messed up and the owner was trying to charge me all kinds of extra fees and said I have to have a new service agreement when I'll I was trying to do was upgrade a phone that's on my service account already. I would avoid going to this store if all possible.

Scamming liars. I came in looking for help and was trying to switch to boost. My phone met all the requirements to switch but my phone company kept hanging up and would not give me a transfer pin. I was reassured it wasn't a problem and I could get a new number and if the switch didn't work I could come back for a refund. I paid $72 to start my service and after being there for an hour the phone wouldn't work. I was advised to go to Walmart and have them unlock my phone. They wouldn't I called back and they said to go back and tell them they have to unlock it as unpaid for my phone upfront, no luck. So after two weeks of going back and forth between the two companies I'm still stuck with no phone service and they are refusing to refund me for services not provided. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with these people. Seems like a dodged a bullet not being stuck to these greedy people who refuse to do the right thing and have misinformed employees.

Service was cut off supposedly due to a systemwide issue taking payments that Boost was having. Upon calling, was instructed to go to local store (which is over 20 miles away!) to make a payment. This was the only option even though always pay on time and have auto pay set up.Went to this store. Horrible customer service! Was told had to make a credit card payment in store and that the corporate Boost charged an additional $4 for this. So, had to pay an extra $4 for an error on their side! The payment system was not fixed until many days later, many phone calls to them, and come to find out that they deleted the auto-pay, just turning it off, and the corporate says THE STORE is the one who charged the $4, not them!!! Someone is lying. So, getting the run around. Had to pay extra money and drive 40 miles total because of their error and no one here cares. Horrible company! No retention department. No one cares if a customer stays or goes. Will be filing with the FCC on this and looking for a new carrier. Should have $4 returned and as a gesture another credit would be nice to show they care.

Everytime I have been to this location I have been met with attitude and disrespect and treated like I'm stupid. It took me calling a different store location to get my question answered without someone giving me attitude. If these people at this location can't work in a professional setting without getting attitude with customers they shouldn't work there to begin with.

Been there a few times and have always received great support. I understand some people may be upset at the service and leave negative comments. But perhaps should consider how these small business have little no no control over the actual service provided. The intent of their stores is to sell phones, receive payments, and provide cellphone technical support. So, if you are having issues with the actual service reception, it's best to call customer support and see if they may have a solution.

Went to multiple Boost stores in the springs, they are definitely more knowledgeable here than any other store I went to. That said, the guy working the counter has to be the rudest dude I've ever come across in customer service. But they know what they're doing so you have to endure the abuse lol

Nice store & employees. Cell phone prices, although cheaper than most, still way to expensive! New customers get better deals than existing customers. If you already have service with them don't expect any kind of discounts or promotions. EVER.
