“I had an exceptional experience with Karen choosing my mother of the bride dress. I met her at the MOTB fashion show and requested her help. We live out of the area about 2 1/2 hrs away. So I needed a specific date so I wouldn’t have to make multiple trips to Colorado Springs. She was so sweet and accommodating and made sure she came on the specific date requested to help me. This was incredible nice of her as she just got home from an out of town trip herself! She was attentive to my needs, respectful, encouraging and honest. All of which gave me an incredible experience. Thank you, Karen!”

“EDIT: They got back to me via text. Thank you. Brides, order your veils before 4 months prior to the wedding in case of difficulties, I did not give shipping enough time. Appointment was a blast and informative, and they had a lot of options. Still would have liked an update or two along the way, but it worked out.

My wedding is in two weeks and I haven't gotten my veil. I ordered it months ago and it was supposed to get here weeks ago. I've called about 20 times and had someone get back to me once, in which they said they'd check on it for me and get back to me but they never did. I had to walk into the store to get information on where the veil was about a month ago and they said it should come in in about two weeks... it didn't. Business hours aren't posted anywhere on the internet. Mailbox has been full for at least 6 weeks. And when they don't pick up you get an automated text that your call was missed because they were not in office/with a client and to use the text thread. I've never had luck with the text thread. If when I ordered the veil was too late I would have liked for them to have been transparent about it at the time of my appointment instead of letting us do this two month goose chase. The appointment itself was lovely and fun and the lady was nice but unfortunately the lack of communication has nearly ruined this experience for me. Only use if you live close and can stop by the store in person for questions several times.

I'm very dissapointed. The experience of the appointment was great, but no proactive warnings about shipping delays adds so much unnecessary stress.”

“I had Queen Be as my stylist. It was my first bridal dress try-on and I was extremely grateful we have started here. I did end up getting the dress somewhere else, but I wouldn’t have known what I wanted had I not started with Bridal Elegance. In addition, Queen Be also made sure that the people with me were supportive in my decisions. She created an environment that felt fun and safe. She also helped me to create a constructive mindset on what I want, as wedding dress shopping can be intimidating!”

“Debbie is AMAZING! I had a bridesmaid dress that was too small…like 4 inches from zipping too small. I was only a couple of weeks from the wedding and Debbie made it HAPPEN in a pinch. She altered my dress to make it fit like a glove and you would never know that it was altered from looking at it! And she was very reasonably priced and didn’t take advantage of the fact that I was desperate. I can’t even express how kind and accommodating she has been. I will definitely be using her for any and all other alteration needs. Excellent work, I am blown away!”

“I went here on a whim after a very overwhelming appointment at a bridal boutique. I had tried on 10+ super expensive dresses at the boutique and got the cold shoulder when I didn't say yes right away. I walked into Avanta and found my dress immediately. I didn't expect to find my dream dress at a store in the mall, but I'm so glad I gave it a chance. The store has a really cute atmosphere and the girl working was very sweet.”

Right down the way in the mall there is a dress store called Sylvias. Please go here instead of going there for dresses. We are trying to save everyone we can from the hellish customer service experience we had at Sylvia's.”
