About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental provides a solid and easy rental experience with quick, friendly, and helpful service. The associates and team are described as amazing, super helpful, excellent, nice, and having a great attitude with customers. Cars are consistently noted as being clean, ready to go, in good condition, low mile, and sometimes brand new. The process is praised for being quick and easy, getting customers in and out quickly with no weird pressure. Many customers report feeling they get a fair and great price, sometimes through memberships, and appreciate the flexibility of location pick-up and drop-off. The outstanding customer service makes customers feel like regulars who recommend the location and plan to return. While a rare issue with a high cleaning fee was noted, it was ultimately resolved satisfactorily.
