“I want to start off by saying that i rent a car just about every single week for work and majority of the time I go through Alamo. The rental that I got had some issues, so I wasn't happy about it, but when i went in the GM walked over and checked out the car and apologized and made sure that I'm being taken care of the next time I rent from them. We booked through our Costco membership and got a great rate. The car itself was immaculate. A huge plus for this specific location is how convenient it is to the freeway—it was so much easier to access than dealing with the airport counters since we didn’t fly directly into the Springs. “We had a really good experience with Rick and Peak Rent a Car. Just after Christmas last year (2018), my family and I planned on taking a trip to Winter Park for a few days, but our van door broke and wouldn't close, so we needed to rent. The only rentals big enough for us from all the major rental companies were wildly expensive, especially as we were renting at the last minute. But Peak had a very nice, very big Lexus SUV that fit us and everything we packed, and WAY cheaper than the big rental companies. I called on a bitter cold morning when nobody was out, and Rick made a point to meet me at the Peak site. He even offered a smaller, cheaper SUV, in case we wanted to try that and save some cash, but it wouldn't have been large enough--but I appreciated the consideration. The return also went smoothly and quickly.”
“I use this location whenever I travel for business or for my daughter’s competitions. The owner and staff always try to provide the best possible service, including offering a vehicle upgrade when available. The cars are consistently clean, well-maintained, and reliable.
I rented a car for a week this time and had another great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.”

“This was the best car rental experience that i have ever had. I was st up to do an after hours drop off, I was called the night before drop off letting me know they had some vandalism and the drop box was unavailable. I was given options of different locations or the next morning. I let them know 7 AM would work, i was meet 10 minutes before 7 so I could get back on the road.”

“Drove in from Texas with a cruise control on the rented vehicle not working most of the time. Went to the counter, explained the issue, and without hesitation replaced the vehicle with a new vehicle for the drive back. Fast, friendly service and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend doing business with this location.”
