“At the counter agent was very friendly and informative, while providing required service he also provided updated information and advice on the local area and suggestions on possible upgrades that I later took advantage of.
Agent actually seem to care and took personal interest and provided additional advice on obtaining the best rental for the best price.

“We had an issue with our original rental from National at DEN airport. We were staying in Colorado Springs, so we went to this location to swap out the vehicle. The staff was very professional and apologetic for the issue, even though it wasn't from their fleet. The exchange process was very smooth and pain-free. We were back on the road in hardly any time at all. Another great National experience.”

“While it is true that this site had no vehicles even tho I'd made a reservation, that seems to be an issue all throughout the Springs.
Ben, the acting manager of this branch right now (usually in Castle Rock) went above and beyond to try to make things right, and I really appreciated that. He called all around to find me a vehicle, drove me across the Springs to get there, and handled an incredibly stressful situation (only employee present on a day of three reservations with 0 cars) with grace, politeness, and humor.
While Enterprise is definitely having some issues (at least in COS), Ben is an asset to the company, and I very much appreciated how he turned the situation around to make it a positive one”
“This was the best car rental experience that i have ever had. I was st up to do an after hours drop off, I was called the night before drop off letting me know they had some vandalism and the drop box was unavailable. I was given options of different locations or the next morning. I let them know 7 AM would work, i was meet 10 minutes before 7 so I could get back on the road.”
