Agent actually seem to care and took personal interest and provided additional advice on obtaining the best rental for the best price.

“While it is true that this site had no vehicles even tho I'd made a reservation, that seems to be an issue all throughout the Springs.
Ben, the acting manager of this branch right now (usually in Castle Rock) went above and beyond to try to make things right, and I really appreciated that. He called all around to find me a vehicle, drove me across the Springs to get there, and handled an incredibly stressful situation (only employee present on a day of three reservations with 0 cars) with grace, politeness, and humor.
While Enterprise is definitely having some issues (at least in COS), Ben is an asset to the company, and I very much appreciated how he turned the situation around to make it a positive one”

Arriving after hours I was told there is no availability even nearby town rentals all closed by now. Fortunately I found Dimples Car rental- really friendly and they even picked me up from airport and provided me a rental! They take care of community and military friendly rates! If you’re in need of rental highly recommended!”
