Their service is very personalized and professional and scheduling is easy. They offer a wide variety of days and times and their pricing is very reasonable. I drive down from Parker. “Went in wanting to get sizing for tap shoes and Amanda was so kind. She brought out all different types for me to try on and a whole bunch of different sizes. She worked with me and gave me a ton of info in case I wanted to purchase a different, more expensive pair online (which they don’t carry). Super cute shop too! Thank you!”

I ordered a pair of pants that were too big, and when I called the store to see if they had a smaller size, she literally went to find smaller sizes to place on hold for me to try on tomorrow, when I am able to drive over. “This store absolutely saved me in a crunch. I needed chic professional clothes for an event and a new job. Everywhere I went before H&M was not my vibe and gave me the ick. I stayed in this store for hours collecting timeless pieces and going into the dressing room several times. The employees were all friendly and very helpful, grabbed me a bag and assisted in the dressing room. I walked out with a professional, hot wardrobe that will last me quite a while. Considering how much I can mix and match, it was quite reasonably priced. I was given so many compliments at my event, it was perfect. So grateful to have gone here in the knick of time.”
“JCP is classic department store. The staff and customer service people are great. They are very helpful and so nice. I know The Citadel isn't what it use to be. But Penny's hasn't seemed to change and that's meant to be a compliment. There are deals to find here. Much better shopping than Kohls.”

“Good selection and fair prices. I wanted to leave a review, however, to talk about the employees. they are always so kind and patient when answering questions or providing assistance in carrying or moving items. We’re usually here in the evenings and those girls are always laughing and smiling and willing to drop whatever they’re working on to help us get something off of a shelf or to cash us out. I don’t get out of work until late so it’s incredible to still be able to drop stuff off early and still be able to pick it up late. If anyone gets frustrated about the buying or selling process I implore you to just ask questions directly to the employees! They want to help!
Giving 4 stars because the few times I’ve been in during the morning times is a slightly different experience: the morning crew ladies seem a little more “over it” and less excited to help/answer questions. But that night crew!! Incredible!”
