“Came in with a water logged 2019 macbook pro in a state of distress and Evan took fantastic care of me. I was in a time crunch and Evan helped me figure out whether it would it be worth trying to fix, which would be a good replacement laptop, and places I could go to buy it. Never felt like I was being "sold" to, and I ended up buying a mac from them despite knowing there was a $50 cheaper option down the road. They were able to do the data transfer same day and were extremely helpful. I cannot recommend Evan at Voelker Research and their entire team for making the process about as seamless as I could ask for.”

Rini help me with my order yesterday and then I got to meet her manager Lisa when my order was ready an hour later and I went back to pick it up I met Cathy. I have never experienced such a nice group of employees and the customer service they gave was off the charts amazing!
