I'm impressed with all the new updates that have been made, like the new paint job, reno of the laundry rooms and the new carpet. The management is also great when you're in a tight spot. Great place to live....nice amenities quiet centrally located

We love living here so far! The staff is nice and the maintenance man is quick to assist when you call. The units are nice and have amazing AC. Close to shopping. The Pool area is clean and we love the little park. The office cares about the residents has cute little give aways or gift baskets for the residents.

We are situated in the district 11 school area which boasts Twain Elementary, St. Mary's and Wasson High Schools. We are approximately 20 minutes from Fort Carson. When it comes to comfort, Devonshire Square has the best.
