“Beautiful complex all around from landscaping to clubhouse/pool to the units themselves, everything is clean and kept up great. We love it here! Staff is always kind, they put on great community events and are proud of the complex.”
“I've only lived at The Resort at University Park for a couple months, but I love coming home! My apartment has a floorpan that works for me, beautiful large light, bright windows, nice appliances, including top of my list gas stove, very large closets, and everything is brand new. The amenities are so nice, dry heat sauna, garage beneath, yr round heated pool, well equipped gym, lock boxes for deliveries, surrounded by nature walking/biking trails. The place is really, really special and seems like a hidden secret. Oops! Everyone stay away! lol”

We had an amazing experience with Diana! She worked with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Winston, during a two-week board and train in April, and the results were incredible. He now walks calmly on a loose leash, knows how to self-soothe by going to his place, and responds to commands like “leave it” and “quiet.” We’re communicating so much better with him thanks to her.
Diana’s positive reinforcement approach and incredible patience made all the difference. She took the time to get to know both Winston and us, and her daily updates (with photos!) kept us totally in the loop. I can’t recommend her enough—if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring trainer, Diana is the one!”

“Jocelyn helped us when we had 3 days to move. The application and move in process were easy, and she communicated with us the whole time. After our move in, we briefly lost our cat and she was eager to help. Our neighbors were also a big help and very friendly. (The cat was in the apartment the whole time.)”

I’ve resided in this community for over 6 years. Although it has changed ownership and management companies over the years and has seen it’s fair share of controversy, it is currently managed by Autumn; who is professional, responsive, fair and doing all she can that her tight budget allows. Kudos to Autumn and her team!”

“Apartment and amenities Great but office staff confused and not in my opinion, not enough knowledge for position
6 months later and the the office is still a HOT MESS. Robyn forgets EVERYTHING. Eviction notices put on door after paying rent. No maintenance, no inspections and as a result the hoarding in some units has become a fire hazard. When a water pipe breaks, they have to wait two weeks for it to be fixed but budget can be spent no problem on pizza
Management is not experienced enough nor has the right attitude To be managing an income restricted elderly community.
If you don’t believe me, go sit in the community room of your own property and hear it from the majority of the residence yourself if you care”
“I've dealt with several property management companies in few different states--Dorman is one of the best so far. Very fast responses, quality service, and reliable vendors. Not the cheapest, but I'd prefer to pay for quality and being able to sleep at night knowing my investments are in good hands”
“We are very pleased with living at the Knolls @ Sweetgrass. The surrounding area of the property is well kept up, very clean plus quiet. The apt we chooses is in excellent condition and has all the necessities we wanted. The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate what is needed. I highly rate this apt complex above a 10 plus. I couldn’t ask more of their staff. All are friendly plus go out of their way if you need anything and respond to anything you report immediately. It is near stores, schools, buses, and like 7 minutes from the center of town and Old Colorado City plus Mountain View’s all around. If you want you even have an option of obtaining a carport for your vehicle for low extra cost. In summer the pool n hot tub will be open but weight exercise room is open every day, evening plus computer area with a large kitchen area for entertainment and fireplace for reservation. Also they have extra on community gifts you can win, earn! I’m so happy to have moved here. Our lil pug also loves the huge two gated dog park they have all enclosed. He’s even happy!😃 Hope you come and visit. I’m sure you’ll see what I said and fall in love with it here.”
“We didn’t end up renting here but we wish we could! We are currently in a lease issue with our apartment so we can’t leave. However I wanted to leave a review about the assistant manager of the property. Tanner is the friendliest, kindest, and most informative person we ever toured with. Honestly he makes the complex feel like a dream. He deserves a huge raise seriously! Thank you again Tanner!”

“I visited Bella Springs with a bro looking for a place in Colorado Springs a Saturday ago. He ended up moving elsewhere based on prices…y’all’s prices are good but he is low end. I just have to give a shout out, the dude that toured us was super chill. He had an appointment scheduled at the time but we waited. Guy came back and met us with the biggest smile and had a killer attitude. I think his name was Tylor but he was the only one there. Shout out my dude!!!!”
