Noel recently provided maintenance to our apartment & did a wonderful job. He was very courteous, professional & thorough, and left everything very clean! “when looking for an apartment from out of state they helped me immensely. I had initially started with an inquiry to tour they were the first ones to respond and got me going, Joseph welcomed us with a friendly smile and spirit in great detail we toured the apartments the pool all the amenities they had to offer. To moving in from out of state it was so smooth, they had our keys in a lockbox after hours, a map to find where we going they were always prompt at getting back to us about questions maintence was so on top of it our apartment was so clean upon move in I was shocked! The buildings are clean up-kept, everyone minds their business overall I feel happy and safe here. With a heavy heart due to rising costs I am leaving this complex but don’t hesitate to stay at this complex you’ll be treated with fairness and kindness all around and that goes to all the front staff. Joseph Heidi and Andrea thank you so much for making my first year in Colorado Springs the best one yet ! I’m so confident in them now looking for new apartments amongst scary reviews and I’m seriously inquiring for one of their sister properties that of course has amazing reviews! If I had one bone to pick is that I was in a parking spot waitlist during my time here I never said anything though so partly my fault thank you!”

“Our 4 person family was very pleased with our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with balcony and fireplace. Apartments were very clean and high quality, The staff that we worked with were top notch. From the touring, signing, to service, there was never a moment that we did not feel cared for. We highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.”

“I moved into my apartment in aprilof2014 and I have no intentions to move anytime soon the amenities and relative proximity to PRETTY much anything I want or need is a few seconds or a minute walk across the street depending on how fast I walk I'm disabled and this was my first apartment and opportunity to live on my own and regain my independence since my accident which happened in july2019 so I was eager to see if I could manage on my own again and they accommodated me with everything I needed in order to make a smooth transition back to independence the amenities such as in unit washer and dryer, central air and heat even the concierge trash pickup everything was so easy for me to get settled in and regain my independence and the price was the best thing that was available at the moment when I was looking for a place especially to include the amenities such as in unit washer and dryer,A/c, on the first floor two bed/ba I'm completely satisfied with everything here this is an excellent place to stay it's quiet, convenient, reasonably priced, clean and safe i have a little playground Right outs the back patio iso I can sit in the kitchen and open the blinds cook dinners while my son who's 9yrs Old just run and play with the other neighborhood kids untill his little heart is content”

“The Peaks at Woodmen has supplied our needs for over a decade. We needed some light bulbs, and within 15 minutes there was a knock on the door, and Greg was there with them! He came back later and took care of another issue, and we are very pleased! We reported that outside lights were not turning off during daylight hours, and the situation was dealt with! “Mountain View is a pet friendly apartment complex. It’s close to base and it’s near other accessible stores. It provides you with dog bag stations so that people can pick up after their furry children and a lot of people do not take advantage of that.”

“I have been at the Incline for one year and plan on staying for another one if not more! Brianna and Cindy have great people skills, very thoughtful and helpfull, thank you ladys. Location is great and indoor pool and gym are a price saving bonus. Neighbors are friendly and quite. I really recommend these apartments. Thank you Briana for walking me through the Paperwork. Also well maintained by friendly and competent staff.”

“I moved in over 6 months ago and ANY time I have had a question, Tatiana has been the kindest and the MOST helpful in every situation. For example, I’ve come in with questions several times and each time I was greeted with a smile and she never made me feel like I had a stupid question. She’s knowledgeable and always had the answer I needed and provided the help required in each situation. For example, I love my apartment and had some friends that just moved into town visit and they wanted to check to see if there were any available units. I brought them in and she helped them and had them set up in no time. The apartments are so affordable and nice in comparison to the other apartments they looked at and her customer service is what really sold them.I’ve had a maintenance problem in the past and a Tatiana submitted a work order immediately and I was skeptical when she said maintenance would be there shortly, but there was no lie. They were over in no time and they honestly had it fixed with some ingenuity and knowledge I lacked.I thought I was going to be late on rent last month because of some financial issues, but when I approached Tatiana, she had nothing but empathy and assured me that no late fee would be added until the 9th and she taught me about affirm and Klarna and how I could us them in an emergency to avoid extra fees, or if something ever came up in the future.These are the best apartments I’ve lived in since I’ve been living in the Springs hands down. I once lived in “Mountain Country estates”, which are called the “regal estates” or something now back in 2014, and those were the worst apartments I’ve lived in. I’ve lived in a few inbetween the last 10 years, and these ones take the cake.I’m also blessed to have amazing neighbors. That’s just the cherry on top.”

“Thank you thank you thank you. I had an issue & Shayna (PM) took lead and made sure my maintenance issue was complete in an incredibly timely manner. Grayson which is a maintenance worker, came in and completed the work order expeditiously. He knew exactly what to do, and I couldn’t thank him enough!”

“I'm impressed with all the new updates that have been made, like the new paint job, reno of the laundry rooms and the new carpet. The management is also great when you're in a tight spot. However recently the door code was changed last minute and we were not notified until I had to call and inquire. Communication could improve.”

“I've been living here for a little over 6 months now and it's been a wonderful experience! All of my maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. I even forgot to mention that the microwave plate needed to be replaced until the guys already showed up and they still replaced the plate that day! The leasing office staff are always quick to answer my emails and they have all been extremely helpful, especially Riley and Jasmine.I decided to transfer to a different unit back in December and the entire process was very fast and smooth. Jasmine helped out tremendously with that! I highly recommend this apartment complex especially if you have pets and kids as they have so many activities and events for both! The rent is affordable given the location and quality of the units and amenities. I am actually paying less here compared to the last place I was at and it was not nearly as nice!”

“A family member of mine lives here and absolutely loves how nice everyone is. I personally don't like how often the elevators go down and how often the tenants try jamming big bags of trash in the tiny chutes which forces everyone to carry them downstairs to the trash room. The staff overall seem friendly and helpful.”

“This place is nice! Just moved in here. There isn't a homeless problem here that I have seen and any issue I have had they have resolved FAST! You can tell that management is improving the quality of life here. MAJOR kudos for their attentiveness.”

“We lived at the mountain ridge apartments for three years. Our 2 bedroom was kind of dated but it seems like the neighborhood had started to improved since we started living there. We chose mountain ridge because they were an affordable option for us at the time but they raised our rent quite a bit each year. (Average $150-200/year) which is why we moved. Eventually the cost outweighed what we were receiving and we felt we could pay the same for a nicer neighborhood and nicer home. Management was friendly and maintenance was always timely and nice.”

“Dorman real estate services had managed my property for several years until we decided to sell it. We have dealt with numerous property management companies in the past and have experienced problems ranging from nonsensical fees to being charged for the same repairs over and over. Dorman was a breath of fresh air. Drew was easy to reach and always readily answered any questions we had regarding our property. During the time Dorman oversaw our property we were not needlessly troubled with day to day business. Our deposits were always on time and repair costs were communicated efficiently. If we were to rent out a property in Colorado Springs or Fountain again, we would use Dorman.”

“Upon moving in the property was run down, parking lot had 9 inch craters, the piping was old and deteriorating, overall neglected property across the board. The 18 months I've lived here brand new piping throughout the property, new parking lot not resurfaced completely milled and done correctly, new gutters, staff has changed at a ridiculous rate but now the Property Manager Junifer has worked diligently to address residents needs and has put together community events trying to push for a better neighborly environment. The leasing consultant is very pleasant and helpful to current residents and future residents working diligently to facility smooth move ins and communication between management, maintenance for current residents is excellent. The maintenance has been substantially better now that there isn't complete chaos, Cole has done a fantastic job keeping grounds looking cleaner and tidy, addressing residents needs in a timely manner and has been a good member of the community since I have lived here. There is still ample room for improvement and growth, the parking lot is extremely dark at night, the hallways need new flooring, stairwells need maintenance on several steps and the common areas need to be painted. But overall a good community and I'm happy to be a part of it and know the majority of residents!”

“It is refreshing to see how much effort is being put into upgrading and maintaining these buildings, complex and these units. On our official move in day we opened the door to a clean, renovated unit. The layout of each unit is done in a way that maximizes the usable space so 800 sqft feels more like 1000 sqft. The neighbors all seem very content and we are always seeing maintenance sprucing things up and keeping things in good shape. The laundry rooms are huge and have several tables for folding clothes. Not only are there so many wonderful amenities on site but also value added benefits like rent tracking and community rewards. It makes living here not just wonderful but even more in felt like we were on vacation compared to other self moves my spouse and I have done in the past. The grounds are clean and my spouse says the views are simply stunning. The neighborhood is extremely convenient and wheel chair accessible and even a blind person can navigate with ease. The hiking trails, pool, and other amenities are just such added bonuses. I highly recommend this place.”
