Olivia was a great help. I needed to exchange sizes and she went above and beyond to help. I really appreciate her kindness. All the staff I have encountered at DSW have been friendly. Will definitely continue to shop there.

I've been in store a few times. Yes great prices but would like to say the 5 stars are for your wonderful attentive kind staff. I wish I paid attention to their names. (Morning crew) I will next time! It's been the same gals. Great shopping experience which these days is hard to find.
