“I had a outrageous bill I just couldn’t afford and came in today;Ari I believe is his name gave me great customer service ,he was even polite enough to say is the music playing okay for your toddler to hear. Just very respectful!! There was two customers that were behind me and he had simply and calmly said I believe you left a bad review ,I recognize you , instead of reacting calmly saying you are mistaken the other customers made a scene got very loud and immediately left. I don’t see how he was anything but civil and calm? But I’d still recommend him to help you !!! My little one got a tablet to watch on our long drives and she was very happy”

“I desperately needed a new battery for my Nissan Rogue and saw this place highly recommended on Facebook. I got a used battery with a 1 year warranty for a fantastic price. They installed it right away, so I was in and out in only a few minutes. Also, the guy that installed the battery was very handsome.”

“Everything went just as planned. My Bose top loaded wave cd/radio is back in tip top shape. The cd player was totally inoperable. Norm and Toni are excellent people to deal with, which is very rare to find this day and time. The price is very fair too.”

“I am currently employed at this 711 and I couldn't be any happier the owner and store manager and assistant managers are all amazing people I won't go into to details but the owner and managers have helped me out in so many ways I probably wouldn't be breathing to this day if not for all the support they give me and they care about customers more than any other company I have worked for I got a lot of respect and love for all my coworkers and managers but words can't explain how much I appreciate Jillian Michelle and Amber I recommend this store to everyone very nice and caring people here don't listen to a certain somebodys post before me he is delusional”

“My brother's phone needed to be handicap accessible after we got his new phone that feature was not working. After the second time he brought it back to the T-Mobile store they told us it had a bug and we needed to order a new one. So we went through the hassle of ordering a new phone. Got the new one took it to the manager at the T-Mobile store and after a long time he said there's no way to get handicapped accessible on this new phone and we need to upgrade to a different model. The last store we went to was T-mobile on Voyager Parkway. The manager Brandon determined his phone didn't have the handicap accessible button, downloaded that from the Google play store and activated the feature. It is working perfectly! Brandon was very patient with my brother and very kind. The other employees were also very friendly. Highly recommend only going to this store T-mobile!”
