Alex is a great CS representative. Very expeditious and knowledgeable. He throughly completed our rental agreement and gve us a good clean vehicle. I recommend Enterprise for your vehicle rental needs. Thank you, Alex.

I confirmed my reservation and they still didn’t have my car, ,,, because I was supposed to call and speak to someone in person… yet nowhere in the emails did it say that. So now I have to wait until tomorrow to pick up whatever they have available. Also was told that they left me voicemails,,,, but my phone isn’t set up for voicemails so who knows who they left voicemails to as it was not me… and even with insurance covering my rental I’ll end up having to pay a deposit.

Failed to pick me up as scheduled. I called the office 3 times without ever getting a live person, just put on hold to wait. The phone eventually hung on me each time. I have yet to receive any explanation as to why they did not pick me up as scheduled.

Still haven't been credited for insurance on rental. Been 2 weeks and still waiting. As far as I know they have just charged me with the full $1k rental bill. Will never use again.

The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. My only negative is there were no cars when I first went there (I didn't make an appointment which is on me). I had to wait 5 days for a car to come in. The car I got was fantastic.I recommend paying a little extra for liability coverage on the car (about $25/ day) because you'll be responsible for damage, including hail.

Avoid this location and go to the airport location instead!!!! I reserved a vehicle here through the Enterprise website and called this local office to schedule a pickup. On the day of my scheduled pickup, I received a call from this location. The guy I spoke with said they were behind on receiving rentals because customers were turning the vehicles in at the last minute. He told me that my 4 pm pickup would be late but assured me someone would pick me up even if it was after they closed at 5:30 pm. He also said someone would call me before they left to pick me up. Since the closest pickup location is about 2 miles from where I was staying, I arrived early (at 3:30 pm) to make sure I didn't miss my pickup. Around 5:30 pm, I called this location to get a status update but I was on hold for 45 minutes and then I was hung up on. After that, I tried calling multiple different local customer service phone numbers including roadside assistance. When I called the national customer service number and got through, my incident was elevated and the customer service elevation rep tried to help. The only phone number she had was a local customer service number that I already called. She also checked with roadside assistance and was told the same thing they told me... they couldn't help unless I already had the vehicle. In the end, her recommendation was to get an Uber to the airport location. Around 8 pm, I left the pickup location without any success because my phone was almost dead.Ultimately, I ended up getting a Lyft to the airport the next morning and the customer service rep at the airport got me a vehicle before the airport location was even supposed to be open. He and his manager also did some adjustments to my reservation to make up for all of the issues I had with this Enterprise location.

I have no negative things to say about enterprise, all because Jacob was very helpful. I arrived 15min prior to closing time and I couldn’t make up my mind. Jacob was very patient and professional.

Save your money and don't rent from Enterprise. On hold for at least a total of two hours over three days. Never was able to get through to a local office. Went into the local office and was told that I would not be able to get a car when I needed it. Also was told that I would get a call around 7 am on Monday morning. Call never came. Finally got through to a call center. Agent told me she would send a message to the local office to call me. Call never came and I got disconnected when the agent tried to transfer me to the local office. I would give a zero star review if I could.

Trash. On the day of my rental I spent over an hour trying to get a hold of them. Call being disconnected multiple times while on hold. The times that it wouldn’t send me directly to hold the actually ring. It would still get disconnected because they wouldn’t answer. They were an hour late to pick me up. And when I got to their location, the phone was ringing off the hook and they ignored them as well. On the day of my drop off I’ve just spent another hour trying to do the same with no response.

This place does not answer the phone. I've called them multiple days in a row and have waited for hours to try and get a car through them since no one in the area seems to have any vehicles.

Worst car rental experience I've ever had. I was forced to use this company by USAA because my vehicle was a total loss. I then found myself having to keep the vehicle longer than the 6 days USAA would cover. The extension of the vehicle was always paid on time and the vehicle was returned in the condition that I received it, a full tank of gas, and on time. I returned the car to the location on S Academy and the manager with the red hair who wears the same suit everyday is the one who checked the car in. He claimed that the vehicle had hail damage and sent in a claim, I received a bill for $1,000 today, this terrible company sent pictures of "hail damage" that is absolutely not visible to the human eye. They will get their $1,000 but they lost thousands more because I'm in the market for a replacement vehicle. I will never use their service again and I will tell everyone within the sound of my voice to run from this trash company. Straight crooks

They were able to help me out when Allstate was trying to give me the run around. The salesman was very knowledgeable.Just be warned, take pictures and video of the entire vehicle top to bottom if you don't get the damage waiver. When I returned the car, the guy told me I could wait inside because he just needed to check the gas and grab the mileage. But he was outside for ten minutes looking for any type of damage so that he could charge me or my insurance for the damage. If you get the waiver, they won't even look at the vehicle.
