Returned an item. The guy was so very helpful. He showed me how to use the scanner for my package. This was very nice now I know how. He was very polite

Finding Fed Ex was a challenge!
UPS stores do not take Fed Ex so this was my 3rd try to ship. The lady was kind and helped me but the search took 3 x to get it right.
