FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located inside The Broadmoor offers virtually everything needed to meet convention exhibiting needs, from packing and shipping to signage, copying, and last-minute office supplies. The team at the FedEx warehouse goes above and beyond to help everyone on the show floor. They are described as upbeat, positive, hard workers who pay attention to detail. Staff make stressful situations very easy, delivering materials directly to booths and handling last-minute printing needs on the spot in an economical way. They are extremely efficient and exceed customer expectations, even while managing many customers. Employees also walk guests to their locations and make phone calls to assist them, going well above what is required. FedEx should be proud of this team.

I was looking for some conference rooms at the Broadmoor and Shawn from FedEx walked me to where he thought I needed to be. When we got there is was not there. He made some phone calls and located where I needed to be. He went well above what he needed to do. Great job Shawn! Thank you!

Fedex lost my package despite me designating this location online to have it sent here waiting to pick up. It's been 4 weeks and nobody seems to know where it is. Two stars only because the guy up front was nice and tried to help.
