This place is nice! Just moved in here. There isn't a homeless problem here that I have seen and any issue I have had they have resolved FAST! You can tell that management is improving the quality of life here. MAJOR kudos for their attentiveness.

The folks in the office are amazing. They helped me with everything I needed help no matter if it was maintaience issues or moving apartments. They stayed kind and professional throughout.

Not a bad place but not a good one it could be better. Management wasnt bad, alot of homeless people around and camps. Good neighbors and quiet. Like i said not bad not good
