Our mother transitioned at home, and from the very first moment, they treated her with remarkable gentleness, dignity, and respect. They were extremely careful when transporting her from our home, and once at the funeral home, they took the time to learn about who our mother was and how our family wanted her to be remembered and honored. Nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal. The care they took in preparing our mother was exceptional. Their work was beautiful, precise, and incredibly respectful. Because we were transporting her remains to Puerto Rico, they also guided us through that entire process with great care and ease.
