“There's a lot to get here. From rice and tea to fresh produce to kitchen utensils, this place has it all. Literally one of my favorite stores, as I love Asian food.”
“This little store has grown on me, and I find myself coming in here at random at least a few times a month. Bread & Butter is kind of a cross between a co-op grocery and a convenience store, and somehow does a decent job at both.
You'll never get a full grocery selection in this tiny shop, but what goods they have are generally pretty good. The nicest surprise is that they don't price gouge, unlike similar boutique food stores. I buy regular food here on occasion and I never feel ripped off.
The attached liquor store is also nice.”

This is perfect for kids and adults alike because the food is served on a beautiful tower tray and each item is thoughtfully made to be authentic and delicious. The food is always consistently tasty and something I crave, not to mention something my kids will actually eat! Don't skip the sausage roll or the scones and cream! The sandwiches are savory and filling, the scones and clotted cream are my absolute favorite, and the desserts are the perfect sized sweet treats to end your meal.We've been to just about every high tea Colorado Springs has and if you want one that is authentic, delicious, and affordable this is the one! Not to mention the shop itself is adorable and sells so many fun food items and merchandise. They sell a creamy earl grey tea that is the most amazing tea I've ever had. “I was in search of ground pork for tourtiere and have been disappointed at the meat selection at the local groceries stores such as Safeway. CL had ground pork for a good price so I got what I needed, along with the beef. Let me tell you, this meat is way above the rest of the meat I've found in the Springs. I had it in my fridge for two days before cooking and it stayed bright pink, unlike other store's meats which turn brown in a day or two. It tastes like meat is supposed to taste as well. I will be doing all of my meat shopping here from now on.
My only complaint was there was a little cilantro in the pork and tourtiere absolutely cannot have cilantro, but I was able to pick it out. They put their meat in big bins and top them with cilantro, onion, and lemon, so I see how it got mixed in there. Not a big deal. Still 5 stars from me.
I did look around the rest of the store and the pastries looked incredible so I got a few and really enjoyed them.
The staff here seems to be bilingual, which helped me a lot. I need to brush up on some Spanish!”
“A good selection of items from various Middle Eastern countries. Prices are a little high but reasonable for the market conditions.
I have been popping in to grab key items for the past two years and the selection continues to grow, especially after they moved to the new location.
If you are in need of some specialty ingredients from the middle east or need/want certain brands for nostalgia, then you should check this out. If you are looking for large volumes/more selection, then you are probably going to have to drive to Denver.
There is not really a selection of fresh middle Eastern fruit/veggies but you can get frozen, dried, canned varieties.”
“Overall good selection and professional staff. Have really enjoyed this commissary. Always double check your prices. got charged $50 for a watermelon once, but they quickly corrected the issue and refunded it. We had a good joke about it being made of gold and moved on. The sushi is surprisingly pretty good, we love the rotisserie chicken they serve here and the sandwiches are pretty great. The bakery is pretty barebones, but they have one.”
“This has been the best king soopers I have been too since I moved to the Springs. Everyone is so friendly. I love that they have plenty of self checkout. It makes my small trip quick. I don't have to wait behind people with 25+ things.
The young lady at self checkout was so nice and bubbly, she even answered some questions about the digital coupons. And when something didnt come off she fixed it. She was absolutely amazing. Same with all of the other staff in store.
Way too many people complain about self checkout. If your setting off the machine with every scan its something wrong with you. I seen this gentleman complaining about self-checkout and how there should be cashiers opening lanes and how the machines are ruining everything. I haven't had any problems with it. Plus they usually have 4+ people on registers, 2 people on self-checkouts doesn't hurt anyone.”
“I'll occasionally shop at Sprouts, and I'll always go up to the Northgate store. The store is very clean, easy to navigate and the staff there are friendly. If I ever have a question the people that work are polite and have knowledge on whatever I am asking. I enjoy produce and their selection is fresh and I can get what I'm looking for without worrying. Great store to shop at.”
“Tori in the deli was extremely helpful and made a great sandwich. Steve and Mario behind the meat counter hooked me up with a great selection of meats. The black truffle skewers were amazing. Amber was my cashier and was very friendly.”

“As someone with a lot of dietary restrictions, Natural Grocer’s has become one of my main stores for grocery shopping and vitamin/supplement needs. They have some unique finds, and the produce is always great, even if the selection isn’t as large as its competitors. It’s a tad pricier but signing up for rewards has helped with earning coupons and finding deals.”
“This was my first Whole Foods store and the experience has been delightful for 2 months now. I never find anything expired, the store is always clean, and the staff is great! Not to mention I don't have to really think as much of my food and where its sourced, won't have high fructose corn syrup, and how quality it is. It's always the best!”

“A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home!
Yesterday, I stopped by Kwik for the first time, and let me tell you—I’m so glad I did! I've driven past it many times but never thought to stop in. I needed a few quick items for a small breakfast I was catering and didn’t have time to run to the dollar store or anywhere else. As soon as I stepped inside, I was instantly reminded of the bodegas and corner stores back home in Camden, Trenton, and Philly! You know the ones—where you walk in, throw up a hand to the cashier with a “What’s good?” and get the same energy right back. It’s the type of spot where you ask for what you need, and they shout the aisle with the chips from behind the counter.
The ice wasn’t in your typical outdoor chest, but in a white ice chest like the ones you have at home—inside the store! I couldn’t help but smile when I saw all the familiar snacks and drinks, like the double-decker cream pies and Munchies chips that take you back. All it needed was a deli case in the back serving up a bacon, egg, and cheese on a hoagie roll!
To top it off, the customer service was amazing—friendly, warm, and everything you’d hope for. It felt like home for a moment, and I couldn’t stop smiling. I was telling my daughters about it, and it turns out they were going there before they moved back to Jersey in 2018! They were gatekeeping—hahaha—they should have told me about this spot sooner!

“We were visiting Colorado Springs during Thanksgiving week. This market was close to our AirBnB and I pre-ordered Thanksgiving dinner meals of ham and turkey breast with the trimmings. It was very convenient to pick up and easy to heat up in our AirBnB that had full size oven, stove, and microwave.”

North Union and Research location is the worst Safeway Pharmacy I have ever been to. That location always says they’re short handed and they never have your meds ready on time. Plus they hang up on their customers and have zero customer service skills whatsoever.
I had my wife and my mother switch their meds to this pharmacy.
I can’t say enough about how amazing these ladies are. I have never had a bad experience with them. Trust me this is the best pharmacy in Colorado Springs.

It was our 20th anniversary, and we traveled from Albuquerque to Colorado Springs for a much-needed escape. Both my partner and I were recently laid off—my job at Verizon was sent overseas, and my partner lost theirs soon after. Our trip hit a rough patch when Google Maps led us down a steep road, causing some tension despite my all-wheel drive and snow tires.
Then came Sue—an absolute lifesaver! Without my reading glasses, I struggled to pick out flowers, but Sue stepped in, even though she didn’t work in the floral department. She helped me find the perfect travel-friendly vase, knowing we’d be heading back to Albuquerque after our four-day stay. She crafted a stunning bouquet, complete with a Starbucks cup of water and nutrients to keep it fresh. When I asked if she had done this before, she said no—and I was amazed because she worked with such skill and care.
Sue went above and beyond, rushing to help and making us feel truly special. She turned what could have been a stressful moment into a highlight of our trip. Sue, you didn’t just make a bouquet—you made our anniversary unforgettable. Thank you so much for your kindness and dedication!”

“It has great prices for bulk pick up now items. There is also a hreat variety of restarant items for goos prices too. I wenr close to closing time and rhw employees where very nice they didnt even rush me out even though i kept picking off the shelves while they where tring to make sure everything was pulled forward. I like the store”
