Not only does every employee at Springs Armory love talking about guns, they know their stuff. I had a bunch of questions even if I've been into guns for a long while and everyone was happy to help. Lastly, I think they have the best prices for defensive ammo I've seen in any physical store! “DO NOT MISS THIS EXPERIENCE! You have to go and see it for yourself. The 2 hour tour is well worth it and you wont be able to see everything he's got. You'll miss little things in nooks and cranny's, you'll miss big things looking at the little things, there is so much information, so many rare items, and so much dedication. All the staff were incredibly friendly and Dragon Man himself was a hoot! If you dont do any of the other activities they offer, at least do the tour. I can't even put everything i saw into this review. We will be back again!”

“I am beyond touched by the way Shawn resolved my issue with an associate/purchase. I had a negative experience with an employee and called to let someone know. That day I was deciding if I wanted a fly fishing set up or not. Not only did Shawn take care of my conflict with the associate but walked me through everything I needed.
