The staff are so kind and helpful... specially Nicolle! She absolutely made my daughter's birthday weekend the best ever, helped her shop and find exactly what she was looking for!

Nicole was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She made my sons back to school so very special by helping him find all the amazing digital circus things 🤡 I’ll never forget her and her genuine selflessness and kindness. What an angel! Nicole ROCKS!!! 🤍

I went to this hot topic for my bday a couple months back, employees were nice, they barely had any glitch productions merch, I've read some reviews and apparently Kate is rude so next time I go I'll look for her and give an update. Overall it was a good experience and I'll come back soon!
